These are commitments, not disclaimers buried in a settings screen. They constrain what the product is allowed to claim, what it is allowed to store, and who it is allowed to serve.

A fitness application, not medical care
VECTAC is not a medical device, healthcare service, emergency service, diagnostic tool or rehabilitation product, and it is not a substitute for a physician or other qualified professional.

Stop when something is wrong
Stop exercising if you experience chest pain, faintness, unusual shortness of breath, or any symptom that concerns you, and seek qualified medical help when appropriate. This product is not an emergency service.

Not an official military application
VECTAC is independent. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, certified by or operated by the United States Department of Defense or any military service branch.

No guarantee of eligibility or outcome
Nothing here guarantees military eligibility, qualification, selection, promotion or performance. Requirements vary by branch, jurisdiction and current policy, and are determined only by the governing service.

Minimum age 17
Accounts require an age of at least 17. That is a product policy and is not a determination that anyone is eligible to enlist.

Health-platform sharing is explicit
Apple Health and Health Connect access is requested on the device, per data type, immediately before the feature that needs it. Declining preserves ordinary manual use. Permission is never inferred from an account, a subscription or an organisation.

No centralised private history
Private health and workout histories are not centralised in the web administration product, and the web product does not request health-platform permissions.
