Pure black with red only, to preserve dark adaptation in low light. Blue and green status hues are removed and decorative motion is suppressed. Every state still carries its word and glyph, because colour never carried status on its own.
This changes presentation only. It does not improve what a camera can see, and it does not make any result more official.
